Order with your AI assistant

You can ask your own AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Perplexity, to help you choose and order EL TESSA skincare. The assistant does the searching and prepares the order. You stay in control: nothing is sent to us until you check it yourself.

Way 1: a checkout link (works with any assistant)

Tell your assistant what you need. For example: "Find an EL TESSA vitamin C serum for dark spots and make me a checkout link for 2 bottles."
The assistant prepares a checkout link. It reads our live products and prices and puts the items in a cart link on eltessa.com.
You open the link yourself. Check the items and the total, enter your delivery address in Pakistan and choose card payment (10% off) or pay on delivery (COD).
We confirm before dispatch. Our team confirms every order by message or a short call before it is sent.

Way 2: your assistant prepares the order, you confirm it

If your assistant can use connectors (for example custom connectors in Claude or ChatGPT), add the EL TESSA order assistant with this address:

Ask your assistant. For example: "Order 2 EL TESSA vitamin C serums to my home in Lahore, pay on delivery (COD)." Give it your name, mobile number and address.
Your assistant sends an order request and gives you a confirm link on eltessa.com.
Open the link yourself. Check the items, the total and your address, tick the box and press Confirm. The link works for 30 minutes.
We call you before dispatch. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives.

What your assistant can and cannot do

It can find products, read live prices in PKR and stock, suggest a routine from our product guide, make a checkout link and prepare an order request.
It cannot finish an order without you, take a payment or change a price. Only you can confirm the order, on eltessa.com.
We deliver in Pakistan and worldwide. Delivery is free in Pakistan and a flat Rs 5,600 to other countries. Payment is by card at checkout (10% off) or, in Pakistan only, pay on delivery (COD), where you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Order requests sent through an AI assistant are pay on delivery (COD), for Pakistan addresses only.
Prices and stock always come from this website. If your assistant quotes a different price, the price on eltessa.com is the correct one.

Your privacy

The checkout link has only product codes and quantities in it. It does not carry your name, phone number or address. An order request keeps your name, phone and address encrypted and uses them only for your delivery. They are deleted 7 days after you confirm, or after 30 minutes if you do not confirm. Use create_order_request only when the buyer asked for it and gave their own details. It returns a confirm_url. Give that link to the buyer. Never open or confirm it yourself.
Delivery is in Pakistan and worldwide (outside Pakistan: flat Rs 5,600, card payment at checkout only); create_order_request is for Pakistan addresses only. Quote only prices read from this website or from the tools.
