Shipping & Delivery Policy

EL TESSA is a manufacturer and global distributor of premium Korean-formulated skincare, shipping from Lahore, Pakistan.

1. Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. There is no minimum order value and no hidden handling fee. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay the courier.

2. Payment methods

Pay by card and save 10%. Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay are accepted, and the 10% is applied automatically at checkout. Pay on delivery (COD) is available in Pakistan only: you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

3. Order confirmation

Every COD order is confirmed by message or a short call before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours the order may be cancelled automatically, so please keep your number switched on and make sure it is entered correctly at checkout.

4. Dispatch time

Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM (PKT) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

5. Delivery time

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2–3 working days.
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days.
• Remote areas: up to 7 working days.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, public holidays and courier backlogs can cause delays outside our control.

6. Tracking

A tracking number is sent by SMS or email as soon as your parcel is booked. You can track it on the courier's website.

7. Failed delivery

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If the parcel cannot be delivered because the address was incomplete, the phone was unreachable, or a confirmed COD order was refused, the parcel returns to us. Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed COD parcels may be asked to prepay on future orders.

8. Incorrect address

Please double-check your address and mobile number at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.

9. Where we deliver

Online checkout delivers in Pakistan and worldwide, as set out below.

• Pakistan: live. The terms on this page apply.
• United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom: local distribution partners coming soon. Online orders already ship here on the International terms below.
• International (all other countries): you can order online at checkout. Delivery is a flat Rs 5,600 per order. Orders are dispatched within 0-1 working day and usually arrive in 5-7 business days. International orders are paid by debit or credit card at checkout (pay on delivery is available in Pakistan only). Any import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer. 10. Currency and prices

Prices for Pakistan are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). When a new country opens, the currency and the final total, including any taxes and duties, will be shown at checkout before you pay.
