Shipping & Delivery Policy

EL TESSA delivers nationwide across Pakistan.

1. Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. There is no minimum order value and no hidden handling fee. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay the courier.

2. Payment methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Prepaid options may also be offered at checkout.

3. Order confirmation

Every COD order is confirmed by message or a short call before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours the order may be cancelled automatically, so please keep your number switched on and make sure it is entered correctly at checkout.

4. Dispatch time

Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM (PKT) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

5. Delivery time

  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2–3 working days.
  • Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days.
  • Remote areas: up to 7 working days.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, public holidays and courier backlogs can cause delays outside our control.

6. Tracking

A tracking number is sent by SMS or email as soon as your parcel is booked. You can track it on the courier's website.

7. Failed delivery

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If the parcel cannot be delivered because the address was incomplete, the phone was unreachable, or a confirmed COD order was refused, the parcel returns to us. Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed COD parcels may be asked to prepay on future orders.

8. Incorrect address

Please double-check your address and mobile number at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.

9. International orders

International shipping is available at the flat rate shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
