These Terms govern your use of eltessa.com (the “Site”), operated by EL TESSA, Lahore, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its ingredients, size and directions for use. Product photography is illustrative; actual packaging, batch labelling and shade may vary slightly. Colours may appear different on different screens.

3. Cosmetic products — important safety notice

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition.
Always patch-test a new product on a small area of skin (inner forearm) for 24 hours before full use.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, burning or swelling occurs, and consult a dermatologist.
Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children.
Products containing retinol, salicylic acid, glycolic acid or other actives should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice. Always use sunscreen when using exfoliating acids or retinol.
If you have a known skin condition or allergy, or are under dermatological treatment, consult your doctor before use.

4. Results

Skincare outcomes depend on skin type, consistency, environment and lifestyle. We do not promise or guarantee any specific cosmetic result, timeframe, or degree of improvement.

5. Pricing and orders

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent orders or repeated Cash-on-Delivery refusals. If we cancel a prepaid order, you are refunded in full.

6. Stock

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a partial dispatch, or a full refund.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, product copy, logos, photographs and design — is the property of EL TESSA and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
