- NTN certificate. Outside Pakistan: trade licence or tax registration certificate.
- Sales tax registration certificate, if you are registered.

No. Applying is free.
Can I apply from outside Pakistan?
Yes. We welcome early applications from the UAE (including Dubai), Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, and we read applications from other countries too. Orders on eltessa.com are delivered in Pakistan and worldwide.
Do I need a sales tax registration to apply?
No. If you are registered, add your STRN and certificate. It helps our review.
How long does the review take?
We review applications in the order they arrive. If you are shortlisted, we call or email you.
How do appointed distributors pay, and when is stock dispatched?
Appointed distributors pay by bank transfer to EL TESSA (Private) Limited before dispatch. As soon as the payment reaches our account, we confirm it and dispatch your order with an invoice. Bank details are shared only in your written order confirmation from care@eltessa.com, never on social media or by phone call.
Will my business be shown on your website?
Only if we appoint you and you tick the listing box in the form. We then show your business name, city or area and business phone, and nothing else. To change or remove a listing, email care@eltessa.com.
How do you use my documents?
Only to review your application. They go only to our management team by private email and messaging. If we do not appoint you, we delete your application within 90 days. Read our Privacy Policy.
I have already applied. What now?
Please keep your reference number. There is no need to apply again. If something changes, email care@eltessa.com with your reference.
I want to buy for myself, not to resell. Where do I order?
Order on eltessa.com: shop skin care products. Pay by card for 10% off, or pay on delivery (COD) - Pakistan only. Delivery is free on every order.
